Implementation Process
The centralised platform includes all necessary network infrastructure and database development. This configuration will host individual member websites, including a data capture interface, search engine, and display pages. GSI will provide all hosting and maintenance services for the network infrastructure and database.
Hosting of GuideStar platforms will reside at a London based, state-of-the-art data centre, providing rigorous security, resilient connectivity, backup power generators and fire prevention mechanisms offering complete protection. The data centres have a rigorous backup and service continuity policy that promotes a 95% continuation of service. The network is subject to strict monitoring by trained engineers to ensure problems are immediately acted on and resolved.
